-The Demerit Wear website (Hosted by 3dcart, which has been a pretty good experience. You do not need to know how to write code or be a webmaster. Just learn their shopping cart interface.) Includes email interface.

-The demeritwear.com web name registration (Through register.com. Turned over to you.)

-The Demerit Wear Trademark (Transferred to you officially at the US Patenet/Trademark office)

-Introduction to all our suppliers (badges are made in China, adhesive in the US, hang tags, cello bags, etc)

-All our electronic design files (Includes badge designs in various states of completion, some ready and others deserving of being made)

-All our current stock and their "in-use" copyrights. ( Approximately 30,000 badges. Copyrights are not registered officially at the USPTO, but have been in public use.

-30 Days of phone support from me. (I can help you if you need something explained. I can't DO the work for you, but I can point you in the right direction and answer questions. If you allow me access to the website, I can help on that remotely.)

--About 200 square feet of space to store stock, assemble packaging and ship orders. I have always worked out of my basement. Shelving for sorting bins, a desk for assembly and shipping.

--A computer to interact with the website, shipping and postage programs, social media, etc. Offer does not include any computers, printers or furniture.

--I want $20,000 for all this. I would want this to be a pretty simple transaction, just a cash sale. I deliver everything (or ship it to you depending upon where you are) and you hand me a bank check. One page contract. Sign here.

--Demerit Wear grossed over $50,000 in 2015 and 2016 and over $40,000 in 2017. We will gross a bit less this year. We remain profitable. I'm happy to disclose the honest truth on any question you may have.

There remains much to do with Demerit Wear. We have a group of dedicated small retailers, and they are the best folks you will ever work with. You could certainly grow the business, and who knows how big! My hope would be that Demerit Wear would be a great success for you, and I would be fully satisfied to say that once upon a time, I was the inventor. Hopefully you will eclipse everything I have done!
